How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped out the next business day. Free shipping will take anywhere between 2-10 business days (estimate), depending on where you live (West coast is generally faster), and the weight of your order (frame orders take longer because they are heavier). If you need your order asap, please contact me and I'll help you choose a shipping upgrade.
I'm pleased to be able to offer affordable international shipping rates. Orders are picked up 1-2 times a week by DHL to keep the rates low. Here are the average transit times after shipping. Please note that I am not able to guarantee any delivery dates.
Canada & Europe: 7-14 day delivery average]
Rest of world: 7-20 day delivery average

It is not uncommon for tracking to be spotty as your mail travels in between mail carriers. In order to provide low cost international shipping, I had to sacrifice the number of tracking updates (the more updates, the more costly it is). Please be patient :) Please note that you are responsible for scheduling any kind of redelivery with the postal carrier and/or picking up packages at your local post office.

If you enter an incorrect mailing address and the order gets returned to me, or if your tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made, and then subsequently mailed back to me :
I can either issue you a refund minus a restocking fee (actual shipping costs (if the item was delivered free of charge or subsidized) and warehouse handling fees ($3.50 per SKU)), or direct you to a listing to purchase reshipment service.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fragile nature of the product, I do not accept any returns or exchanges for my Scratch Your Travel Maps. However, if there is something wrong with your order, or you have questions, please contact me with your order number and I will be here to assist you!
Can you split my order and ship to 2 different addresses?
Please place a separate order per address you'd like to mail.
What's the best way to scratch my map?
I recommend leaving the foil edge outside the country/continent borders as is to leave a shimmery effect.
